    The Vice Chancellor (VC) of HRIC has responsibility for planning, developing, and implementing University initiatives and strategies that support employee engagement, 包容的卓越, and developing exceptional talent and strategic partnerships for the University. I have served on the board of the Rocky Mountain College and University Professional Association for 人力资源 (Rocky Mountain CUPA-HR) and as a trustee for the Colorado Higher Education Insurance Benefits Alliance Trust (CHEIBA Trust), a benefit-purchasing consortium made up of nine higher education institutions in Colorado. I am committed to serving all members of the DU community by developing, implementing, and supporting effective benefit programs that promote health & wellness and positive employee morale in alignment with the 大学的使命s and goals.

  • HR Partners

    The HR Partners are a team of dedicated employees serving as liaisons between HRIC and the various academic and non-academic divisional units within the University. 与部门领导协商, they provide guidance and support on HR matters related to talent management, 包括劳动力规划, recruiting, on-boarding, and more.
